Vantagene Quality and Certification

Continuous and consistent product quality is guaranteed by Vantagene. Our high standard for quality production starts with precisely crafted injection moulds for each and every Vantagene products.

Quality Assurance is a company philosophy embedded in our objectives, policies and procedures. We are continuously improving our processes through investments in training, education and capital improvements.

Our manufacturing and production staff are responsible for all product quality control, including continuous sterility and check of injection molded plastics

All Vantagene brand products are manufactured under string manufacturing guidelines at our facility. Finished products are carefully visually examined for defects or contamination.

Pre-Sterilization Certification

For sterilized plastics, Pre-Sterilizatin seal is awarded on pacakge to indicate extra sterilization process product undergoes.  Our sterilization not only deliveres sterilized end proudct but also retains the same plastic clarity prior sterilization, a process we have concluded based on years of research in resin material and method of sterilization.

"PCR Performance Tested" Certification

As part of our stringent QC process at Vantagene, each lot of PCR plastics is subject to highly sensitive PCR test to guarantee quality in PCR environment.  Only products passing our PCR performance test will be released to market.  Products awarded with "PCR Performance Tested" also meet DNase-/RNase-free, Human DNA-free, PCR inhibitor-free requirements.
